The Joy Of Reiki               Hello Everyone, We welcome you all to the Reiki Master Healing Sessions & Home Study.  We offer Reiki in Person Sessions at our Healing Center in Glen Head, NY & also using Zoom for distant Sessions. Just contact us & let us know. One of the best alternative healing modalities available today is Usui Reiki. Usui Reiki Founded by Maiko Usui in the late 1800’s or early 1900’s is  an energy healing experience with many wonderful benefits for health and wellbeing. Reiki energy healing can and does reduce stress in all its forms: emotional, mental and physical stress thus helping to bring about healing for all stress related issues.
Stress is one of the main causes of ill health for many people and can lead to heart problems, digestive issues as well as many other health issues, like being over weight for instance. Overeating and food addiction is a way of dealing with stress. Emotional stress can be the cause of many addictions like drugs and alcohol and is also one of the causes of food addiction and overeating which can in many cases lead to being overweight.
We all know that when a person is going through a relationship problem it can make them want to drink alcohol or eat a carton of ice cream for instance. This is just one example of how stress can lead one to create bad eating habits. If a person has a heart condition, Stress which can also cause an increase of junk food and caffeine consumption will definitely worsen the Heart condition and Reiki can greatly help to relieve this and all other health issues.
As an example of my own experience with Reiki Most of the time when I get a Reiki Session I have a feeling of joy and laugh a lot from the release of stress and the increase of Chi, the Life force energy through out all my bodies. It’s a healing experience of wellbeing for me, and emotionally and physically I feel very well and happy.
It’s this fulfillment and wellbeing that is experienced with Reiki that removes the craving for overeating or other unhealthy habits. We can still have a desert every now and then, but it will be much
more in balance because of the Reiki healing sessions, so as to not cause harm to ones health.
Weather it is preventing cancer or heart problems, digestive issues
or just helping to Heal emotional issues or the many other health problems to much to mention here, Reiki is a healing modality well worth learning, for your own health and wellbeing, as well as to
help others.
I encourage you to learn to practice Usui Reiki as an internationally recognized and Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, the third level of Attunement with “Reiki Master Course Home Study. Take this step for your own healing, health and wellbeing as well as for your friends and family, to create a healthier and happier community.
We are both Certified Usui Reiki Master /Teachers in the lineage starting from Maiko Usui and have trained and Attuned many students in Usui Reiki over the years. I assure you that Home study and distant Attunement in Reiki is just as good and effective as in person study and at a fraction of the cost.
